This isn't one of our messages, but it could be an Apple in-app
purchase message. I know that on iOS, Apple compare the Apple ID
that was originally used to download and install with the Apple ID
used when purchasing in-app. They require the same one to be used
in all subsequent purchases, which may be what is happening
here.

I see that you have one sync account running under this email
address, and you've got service until 21 Feb 2014. I would advise
purchasing the second sync account from the web site as well. To do
this, log in to https://sync.easybooksapp.com
with the second user account details. You should see a button to
purchase yearly service. This will update your second sync
account.

Please let me know if you need any help, include your sync
username for the second account and I'll see what I can do to speed
it along.

Many thanks, I think that seems to have sorted it. I was trying
to purchase the online syncing I'm other account but it wouldn't
let me. Using my old password seemed to do the trick.
