<p>The problem appears to manifest itself when I use my <a href=
"mailto:tpn@vikingpower.co.uk">tpn@vikingpower.co.uk</a> –
which is a service hosted by godaddy. When I use my <a href=
"mailto:Patrik.newsham@live.co.uk">Patrik.newsham@live.co.uk</a> it
works fine – this is hosted by Microsoft.</p>
<p>Any ideas why I have a problem with the godaddy email –
which is my work one.</p>
<p>Cheers<br>

I've spent the morning testing again using an HTML signature as I
wondered if that might be an issue.</p>
<p>Can you reproduce the problem reliably there? It sounds like you
can.</p>
<p>I guess I could sign up for a GoDaddy email account and see if
there's a difference somewhere. Do you use an email signature on
the Godaddy account that's different from the other one? If so, is
it rich text/html or plain text? And lastly if you're using html
please could you repeat your test with no signature (go to iPad
settings and remove the signature - or rather copy it, delete it
and paste it somewhere else like Notes for later).</p>
<p>I'm hoping to get to the bottom of this for you but it's got me
beat at the moment,</p>

<p><strong>You cracked it!!</strong> It <em>was</em> a signature on
the ipad that wasn’t working properly. Once I removed the
signature it worked fine in both grey and coloured button.</p>
<p>Add the dodge signature (image) back in and it didn’t
attach.</p>
<p>Many Thanks<br>

<p>Oh great! I can't stress enough how pleased to got back to me,
that is brilliant if that's what the problem is. I've spent such a
long time trying to find why some people are having trouble and
this could well be it.</p>
<p>I'll try that later today, but first a quick question: how did
you get the dodgy signature in there with an image?</p></div>Admintag:support.easybooksapp.com,2011-04-05:Comment/304812502013-12-14T19:58:48Z2014-01-30T13:01:49Zattaching invoices<div><p>Hi Matthew,</p>
<p>I tried to copy my signature from my outlook to my ipad as an
image. It didn't really work but I didn't realise it was still
there, It looks like a small square in the top line of the
signature in the ipad mail settings. When I'm back in the office
I'll try and send you a little more info.</p>
<p>Cheers<br>

<p>I’ll tried and send you more details but I tried to cut
and paste my signature from outlook signature into my ipad email
signature.</p>
<p>I emailed myself, opened it on the ipad – cut the image
and pasted it into the email signature box on the ipad mail
settings. I was looking for a method of making my emails identical
when sent from my Ipad and office PC.</p>
<p>It didn’t work but hadn’t caused me any problems
until I realised that it was stopping easy books from attaching the
invoice. Since I removed the signature I’ve had no
problems.</p>
<p>Many Thanks<br>
