Hi Guys, can't find anything in previous discussions but all I want to know is, can the wording be changed from the invoice and estimate
templates? e.g. from "Sales Invoice" to "Tax Invoice?" " Estimate to Quotation"???. Also is the logo space restricted in size? My picture keeps coming out too small.

Would appreciate your feedback!

Cheers

John.

    Hi John,

Yes, you can change any of the text labels that appear on your invoices.

To do this on iOS, navigate to the screen that shows the invoice, then tap Edit followed by "Edit Fixed Content". You will then see a long list of settings, some for your business, some for the customer and a list of text labels at the bottom. You can set the text for any of these and the invoice will update.

On the Mac app, bring up the invoice screen. On the top left you'll see a button marked "Show Field Editor".

Note that these text labels affect all invoices (past and present).

    All the best,
    Mathew

Hi Mathew, just a quick question, is it possible to increase the font size of the Easybooks? i.e. the whole interface, not just the customised invoice. I m using a large screen on an IMAC OS X Yosemite ver.10

    Cheers

Hey Mathew, is Easy books version 4 an updated model of Easy invoice? All I want is to increase the size of the fonts in Easy-invoice, is downloading Easy Books the only way to achieve this? If so, will it disrupt or distort any data I may currently have?

You can download Easy Books from https://easybooksapp.com and try it out for free. If you're looking to migrate from Easy Invoice (which I don't support) to Easy Books you can do this via the Online Sync service.

What do you mean by not support
It? The merger of data? Or the program?

Hey Mathew, hope you're doing well! Mate this recent update to easy books has the AUD. currency in front of the total price. Is there any way to de-active this? or any of the new sub-headings regards to tax.I don’t need it, I carry out my transactions in Australia.

     Cheers

    Hi John,

If you prefer not to see the currency, go into the "Show Field Editor" section where you set up the text fields and other details that relate to the invoice. You'll see a checkbox there to "Show Currency" which is on by default.
