Hi guys,

I have just added a device to our business, but I am unable to locate the Order Reference it requested when I tried to re-store the Unlimited Transaction and Customer Invoicing add-ons.

They were purchased back in May 2014, I have both of the receipts from the app store, but I am unable to find the emails with the Order Reference.

Please help?

Cheers

Victor

Are these receipts from the Mac App Store? If so, are you using Easy Books from the Mac App Store or from the web site?

Matthew, sorry for the late reply.

Yes the receipts are from the Mac App Store, and I am using Easy Books from
the App Store, not from the website.

    Looking forward to your help.

    Hi Victor,

You threw me when you said it was asking for an "Order Reference". This is only needed in the website edition of Easy Books. You can check which one is running from the Easy Books menu bar (under Easy Books > About Easy Books).

If you're running the Mac App Store edition, just open the Add-ons screen and click "Already purchased". You won't be asked for any reference numbers, just your Apple ID and password.

Thanks Mathew, understood, I originally downloaded the app via the app
store, but on this new machine I think my staff downloaded it via your
    website hence the confusion.

    We will try again.
