<p>I've had a couple of reports of this already, but so far nobody
has been able to identify under what conditions it happens. It's a
big problem and I'm going to work on it this week. Do you have any
idea which version of Windows, and which software was used to view
the PDF when it showed as a blank document? Did you use the iOS or
the Mac app to send it?</p>

it actually added the invoice as a PDF to the outgoing email. Thats
happened 3 times now and all 3 have been successfully sent. I have
mostly seen it as the actual invoice when sending and that appears
to be the problem. I.e that the file isn't being properly converted
to a PDF before being sent? That would explain at their end why
they only see a red cross and blank square, as no real
understandable image file has been sent.</p>

<p>I also sent out 2 x receipts this morning confirming
payments<br>
overnight. 1 sent showing only a pdf file, the other was the
full<br>
receipt was displayed on the outgoing email. Why would there be

<p>I have just purchased phoneview. This enables to view and save
all pdf<br>
produced off easy books via the itunes send option. I can then
access<br>
these, drag them to my desktop and then attach it to my email

there. A long way around and hopefully I wont have to do it when

easy books bug is fixed. One of my customers who were unable to
view<br>
any of the invoices I sent them, could see it normally once I did
this<br>
way of sending.</p>

PDF format was correct, but that something happened in the
attachment process in the iPhone. I still can't think why it
sometimes works and sometimes doesn't though.</p>
<p>When you see the email being composed, do you see any
difference? Sometimes do you see an attached file and other times
an image?</p>

<p>It's mostly been the image on the iPad that l see before sending
it. But sometimes all that shows is a PDF file?? Strange that it's
exactly the same action l choose<br>
, as in sending an invoice, but the east books program seems to
carry out that function differently at times? Normally when all
that shows is a PDF it sends fine with no hick ups.</p>

<p>I've made a recent update to the iOS version to bring it up to
version 4.9.1.</p>
<p>Would you be able to try it out again with an invoice you know
didn't work before and see if it's helped at all? I'm not able to
reproduce the problem here at all, every invoice I send opens on
Mac, iPhone, iPad and under Windows running Adobe Acrobat.</p>
<p>I did make a change to the MIME format, changing it from
"application/pdf" to an opaque binary format that shouldn't render
as a preview in the same way. I'm expecting the file to be simply
attached now, which may overcome the issue you saw.</p>
<p>Out of all users there are only two reports of this happening,
but I don't know if it's something on your device that's causing
it, or just very specific setups in your client's machines.</p>

<p>Yeah good one have installed the update. Have sent 2 invoices
which I personally have seen as unreadable on my clients computers.
I have asked them to reply if we have success. I noticed the email
looked and felt successful. It came up as a PDF this time. The cc
mail to myself also came up as a PDF which opened just fine. This
is different as I have often got the actual image file already
opened in the email when I read it.</p>

be so awesome and professional to be able to send it from this

others, is being able to work out how customers got your contact
details. Don't know how you could implement this into your already
awesome software, but how cool it would be to have 4 or 5 methods

to hit a button like your P and L report and see it all beautifully
laid out. Would be a truly awesome tool.</p>
