Question on Sync functionality
I have multiple companies in EasyBooks - a real company, my personal account records and my wife's account records. If I subscribe to the Sync option, are all my 'Companies' synced or only one? It wouldn't be cost effective to pay for syncing each set of books, hopefully it is by account. Thanks.

Related question - how is sync'd data secured? It is financial records after all. On our devices, we're responsible for securing our own data. When sync'd to your systems, it is out of our control. My accounts do not contain information to identify them, like account numbers or such. My suppliers and customers and their history is private and shouldn't be exposed. Can you touch on how our data is secured when sync'd?

I see you already discovered the Online Sync service then!
You can choose to sync some or all of your businesses, and you only pay one fee, not per business. So you're right, it's per account.
For security, have a look at http://help.easybooksapp.com/discussions/questions/71-security-and-.... This also talks about the backup and restore, and notes that the backup file is not encrypted. However, the sync service was designed with security in mind from the very start.
