Can i download the same easy books program that i have on my Iphone to my windows vista based PC

   Sorry, not on Windows no. You can run it on any Apple Mac with OS X "Lion".

   2 why only Mac? and not windows which i assume is the most common PC system

   2. It takes a long (really long!) time to write an app like this. I started in 2009 with iOS and adding yet another platform is work I don't need at the moment. There are also quite a few accounting and bookkeeping apps for Windows I think, and I would probably never see a return on the time I spend developing it to compete.
