Services not purchases
I am an Apple Mac Engineer and I visit homes and business supplying a service, part of the service is a call out charge, where do I enter this in easy books also when I add my service in transactions I only get the option of purchase or refund, how do I add the cost of a service, or should this have its own heading.

It sounds like you'll add the call out charge to the sale as additional income. You could even create a new income account called "Call Out Income". Then add a split to your sale and set the amount and this account.

Thank you Matthew, I already had an income account setup as On-site and added the transaction as a a split as you suggested, your a star. Thanks
