Can't purchase add-ons

Hi - I see Matthew Edwards had the same problem I am having. I have done everything that you suggested to Matthew - although I am trying to download to my Macbook Pro so presume the allow in app purchases is turned on. I tried finding how to purchase the add-ons from your site but no luck. When I go to the Apps store the billing information won't load. I did get it to load once but then it said it had expired.

    Thanks for your email but this doesn't help me purchase the add on.

    Is there any way I can purchase the add on directly? I don't want to download the application again because I have already put in 150 transactions so just want the add on.

    I seem to be able to purchase other apps from the Apple Store so maybe it is something with the Easy Books settings?

    Problem fixed. Needed to verify billing info. Found this out by purchasing another app because apps had been purchased on other devices. However, this seems to be a problem in that when I was trying to purchase the add on for Easy Books it didn't prompt me for this information but rather just failed to load. Might be something worth looking at.
