Extras I paid for dropped off after three days

I plugged my iPad into iTunes and it wiped not only my easy books data, but also the two add ons I purchased, being
Unlimited transactions and customer invoicing.
this is urgent, please help ASAP, thank you.

    This can happen if you un-install the app and re-install from iTunes.

    But don't worry, if you paid for any add-ons you can get them back. Just go to the add-ons screen (Settings > Extras) and tap the restore button at the top.
