Add-ons won't work
I bought Easy Books for my iPhone a while ago (and love it), along with several of the add-ons. When I heard that it was now out for OSX I decided to try it out. I set up a sync account and downloaded the application to my Mac. Easy Books opens the synced data fine but I can't get my add-ons to work at all, so I'm out of transactions, can't' do invoices etc. I've tried several times to download the add-ons through the App Store but it doesn't seem to be working.
Can anyone advise?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

What happens when you try to download the add-ons? Do you get the Mac App Store login screen? If not, maybe the network connection is not working.
You could see if your account is able to purchase by checking the credit card is in date.
Other than that I don't think I can help you.
