Time Tracking units or items?

Hi - My goal: At the end of the day, open my iphone and create a transaction that sells a 4 hour block of my time at a fixed rate to a specific customer, as well as add any expenses incurred to that customer on that day. Time Tracker comes close, but it is too cumbersome to enter in start and end times. Then obviously invoice for multiple customers. Can we do that?

Also, is there a unit sales option? If I sell a box of widgets or a bag of pens, can I just select 1 from a list that will include price, item description, etc. and maybe even add quantities?

The unit sales option is due this year, with support for product purchases and sales.

For your time-tracker problem, it does seem like the easier option would be for you to ignore the time-tracker and navigate to the customer account to duplicate a previous sale. This is assuming one sale is very much like another. Otherwise, in time tracker you don't need to enter the times, you can just set the adjustment to 4 hours and leave the start and stop times blank.

Wouldn't it be simple to turn Time Tracker into "Tracker", and allow the user to set a particular unit to track - an hour, a day, a widget, a car, etc. - with a fixed rate assigned to that unit?
