Business purchases from personal bank account

Hi Mathew.

Currently, I have a separate account set up for my personal banking in EB, and whenever I make a business purchase from my personal bank account, I add it in Easy Books as a debit from this account. At the end of each month, I make a transfer within EB from my business account to the personal to clear that month's balance.

I would like to monitor all my bank accounts in EB, particularly because I like the statement reconciliation features. Is there any way I can do this without my personal balances showing in all the EB reports and confusing the figures? I appreciate that this is probably outside the scope of EB, but wondered if I was missing a way to do this.

   Sorry, no. All accounts will appear somewhere (Trial balance, Balance sheet etc) so there isn't a way to add personal accounts to your business.
