easy books on second mac
Hi Mathew
I know I can load Easy books onto a another Mac, but after playing with the demo company, my Fiancee would like to use Easy Books on her mac for a charity, I am concerned that if I allow her to do so, that she and others she works with will be able to gain access to my business accounts. Is there any way she could still use it, without the possibility of her gaining access to my accounts and vica versa.
Regards
Paul Gunningham

If you purchased from the App store, you can install on another Mac as long as it uses your Apple ID. The data will still be only visible to your machine. If you have the version downloaded from the web site, you should have received some emails containing links to license files. These can be used on the other machine if you like.

She will if you sign into the Online Sync service, but you wouldn't do that on someone else's machine would you?

Would she be able to setup online sync for herself?

does she need to have a business set up already to access the system. or can she simply get in by you inviting her to accept your business?im tryng to invite someone to be able to see my company but they are having problems getting past the £getting started" screen in the app because they dont have a business of their own, all they want is access to my buisness.

Hi Andrew,
If they see the getting started screen, they could just create a quick dummy business and just delete it later when they have yours.
