Don't remember my password or username. Can I reset them

   Thanks for the help, but now I went to print a invoice n it had draft copy across it. How do I remove that

   To remove the DRAFT, the Customer Invoicing add-on should be purchased. If you've purchased it before, use the restore button to restore it to the device.
