Website reference to Mac App Store and iTunes Apps
I have just discovered your products using a basic "bookkeeping" search in App section of the iTunes store. As I read the description of your products, I became evermore curious and went to your website. While nicely arranged, there are a few confusing aspects to it that I think you should clarify.
For example, in the pricing section, reference is made several times to the iTunes App Store for purchases of the Mac OS X version when it should specify the Mac "App Store" application, an application separate from the iTunes application on the Macintosh. It is true that your iPhone and iPad versions are purchased through the iTunes store, but the Macintosh desktop version for OS 10.7.x must be purchased through the Macintosh application "App Store." It is a bit confusing because of the name similarity. If you read through your pricing page, you will see what I mean.
Secondly, I am unclear about pricing. If I purchase the Mac version and add-ons, am I entitled to the same add-ons in the iPad/iPhone version or must I pay for those separately? I suspect that you are treating them as separate products even though they are functionally the same. May I suggest that you make this more clear?
And finally, I have not yet come across pricing for your sync services. Your website indicates 6 months gratis. What then? I also see some discussion about using iCloud which I would love to do if possible.
I have to say, aside from the above, I am most impressed with what I have seen thus far. However as my mum used to say, even though the cake looks great in the baker's case, you won't really know until you take that first bite.

I think that the matter of App Store references has been addressed or I mis-read the page previously, because I can no longer find the "inconsistency." In any case, it's all looking quite good now.
Also, I did find the pricing chart for Sync services at US$29.99 for 6 months. ( A bit pricey, no?)
I still would like to have some clarification on purchasing both the Mac and iPad versions.
Thanks.

Further to Mac and iPad versions, assuming one has to purchase both the Mac and the iOS versions, I assume that one must also purchase the same Add-Ons if one intends to effectively Sync one's data files? What happens to the Sync functionality if one Syncs a Mac file to the iOS device if the same Add-Ons are not active in both?

The add-ons for the Mac and iOS apps are priced separately as you've already seen. The Sync service is separate to this, as it's an external service I am able to charge once for it and it applies across all your Macs, iPhones and iPads.
If you purchased an add-on on one device and not another, the data would still be transferred and accepted by the device. However, the normal rules apply, so for Transactions, you would not be able to enter any more of them (though you can edit existing ones).
