Easy Books does not calculate the deductions for payroll (there are other good apps that do only this and do it very well, including iPayroll Toolkit).
When you have figures for the deductions and pay, you can use Easy Books to keep track of them. Pay would be linked to Employee costs in the app, to make sure the expenses are not used in VAT computations.
