Getting info back
I synced my info from my I-pad to my I-phone n now all the info on the I-phone is up to date but the on the I-pad there's info missing. I hav nothing from November till now. How do I get it back n how do I make sure it doesn't happen again. Since the info is correct on my phone can I sync it back to the I pad n the info b correct ,but I don't want the info to all change to whats on the I-pad now. I thought with sync option that the info on my devices would b the same Thnks for now

The sync service keeps data in sync as long as both devices have already been attached to the service. In the case where you have an iPhone and iPad with differences in data, these differences cannot be merged automatically at the start. Instead, one device is used to upload the data and supplies the master copy (or snapshot). All other devices should then download the data. From then on, all changes you make are sent to the service and will be synced to the other devices.
For your situation, let's assume the iPhone has the full set of data. You should upload a snapshot from the iPhone (or stop syncing and re-start it, uploading rather than downloading). Then on the iPad I would suggest you delete the business from the device. To get it back, add a new business and find the business in the list of those available for download.
This will keep everything in sync from now on. I still recommend making backups every so often, even if you never need them it's good practice.
I hope that helps,
Mathew
