Time sheet invoicing

Hi Matthew

When you create an invoice via the time sheet system you need to include the "rate" as a heading on the invoice. This will make the dates follow in a more logically order by 'sub-heading'.

At the moment the dates seem out of sync and this is only because of the different billing rates.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but you might try changing the name of the rate to include quotes around it. For example "Standard Rate". This will cause Easy Books to print the rate name in brackets for you. It might not be the layout you'd like, but perhaps it will help you.

    Hi Matthew

Thanks for this. This is what I was after even if it is displayed in brackets.

Incidentally, isn't there a global change? I had to add the " " to each individual client.

    Regards

    Hi Dean,

Just a quick note to let you know the next update will add a proper setting for this. The rate name can then be displayed in sales without needing to use quotes around the name.

    All the best,

    Mathew
