For estimates,
I made an account named estimates then create the invoice in that account, when customer needs to be invoiced you just open the invoice in estimates account and change account to one of your income accounts, hope this helps

We're planning to add support for estimates soon, until then you could use the workaround, but bear in mind that all these "estimates" are really invoices and will affect your profit & loss statement.

For syncing, you would need to log in on both devices, which it sounds like you have done. Then you need the business you want to start syncing on one device only. Turn on syncing and wait until it has finished uploading the data to the server. Once finished, use the other device and add a business. You should then see the business listed as an available option online. Select it and it should then download and stay in sync.

This comment was split into a new discussion: Totals differ between iPhone and iPad
Thank you for the info!!!
Another question, the totals are not the same when I input the cost to my phone then it syncs to my iPad. The iPad will show a different total.
EX: iPhone total I would put in easy books is $10 plus tax $.40= $10.40
After syncing my iPad It'll show $9.60 (income) and the tax will show as .40 totaling $10.00
Please help

Hey, mathew
Looks like when I input the tax in the "GET tax bar" it gets messed up on the syncing to iPhone to iPad and iPad to iPhone.
Please let me know what you got for me.
