Restoring Purchases

I have installed the application on my imac and on the same computer I have multiple users and purchased the sync, invoicing and transaction add-on. When I install the app on other users the option of restore app doesn't appear. Please advise on how I can have all the users use the add-on facility.

    Did you download the app from the web site or from the Mac App Store?

    Great, then you will have had an email when you ordered containing links to the license files. You can download the licenses to your computer and then double-click them to install the licenses. You will need to do this for each user on the computer I'm afraid because the licenses are stored in the user's library folder.

    Hi Mathew,
    I have a small issue the below instructions are not working as I have just
    installed easybooks on my macbook and the link is not installing the add
    on's. Moreover, I have moved out of a company which I worked in and had the
    app installed on an iMac and I don't have access to the computer to remove
    my info and accounts. If I delete the device from the list of my devices
    will all the info and add on's be removed as well. Please, advise.

    Hi Reza,

    The links to your license will expire after about two weeks, but I can reset them for you if you give me your order number(s). You will then be able to download your license files and just double-click them on the Macbook to add the licenses to Easy Books. Keep a copy of them somewhere safe too, in case you need to move to a new machine again in the future.

    As for the iMac, we cannot remove information from that machine, but if you were using Online Sync you can stop the device from syncing with your current business anymore. To do this, just visit https://sync.easybooksapp.com/user and click the devices tab. Check the iMac in the list and click the button to delete it from the system.

    Hi Mathew,
    I have reformatted my mackbook and the unlimited transaction is not being restored. The invoicing & sync feature has been restored. Unfortunately, the unlimited trasaction is not being retored. I have tried through the app store, the link in my previous email and nothing works. The order ID is EB120304-4106-84112. Please advise.
