Online Syncing
Hi,
I bought online syncing 3 days ago as we now wish to sync to our
iMac (we currently run Easy Books on an iPad) and will sync to our
2 iPhones as well. Every time i try to sign into syncing on my iPad
it says "sync failed to login". The invoice email said I would
receive further information but I haven't as yet.
Can our please help as we need to do our end of year accounts.

Did you receive an email with the subject line "Account details for xxxxx at Easy Books Sync"? This contained your account login details (username and password). The easiest way to get started is to view the email on your devices and on your Mac. Open the attached login.settings file and the device will login automatically. This just saves time manually typing the username and password. See http://easybooksapp.com/sync/getting-started for more details.
If you know your username (or email that you registered with) but not your password, I can reset your account for you. Just let me know.

Hey Matthew,
No, I didn't receive that email - can you send it to me please. I do know my username and password and can log in fine from the website. Look forward to receiving the email regarding 'Account details' so that I can get started...

I can re-issue the email, but note that this will reset your password so you can safely forget about the one you're using at the moment.
I'll reset it in a few minutes for you.
