Online Syncing
Hello there, I purchased online syncing today on my iPad. I then
went to Extras on my iPhone and tapped Restore, it presented a tick
mark but did not include online sync. Is there something else I
need to do to make online sync work for my iPad and my iPhone?

Hi Derek,
Yes there is, you would need to log in using the attached file sent when you registered, or manually using your username and password. Then your iPhone and iPad will be kept in sync. I hope you find the service useful!

OK I think I may be a bit dense but there was no file attached.
I have logged into my account on my iPhone and it shows sync services as not having been purchased.
I tried 'refresh' but still says not purchased.
I tried turning on sync and it says my account expired (that was the trial I assume)
How do I get syncing to work?
If it won't work how do I get a refund?

Perhaps I wasn't very clear. There should have been an attached file in an email you received when you registered for the Online Sync service. This can be used on your iPhone as well as your iPad to get both of them logged in and enable syncing.
I found your account on the sync server and it expired back on May 7. How did you purchase Online Sync, because I don't have a record of a purchase on your account.
You might find the "getting started" guide useful. http://easybooksapp.com/sync/getting-started. I can see your iPad connected with the server, but you did not upload any businesses. I will extend your account for another week so you can upload one and try it out.
