Setting up a new company from scratch

Hi, can you please give me a hand. I am trying to start my handyman bookeeping business by the use of this software.
There are some sample transactions that I would love to delete but the system does not allow me.
Is there a way to start my company from scratch without any sample data information in there?

    Yes, you should start a new business from one of the built-in templates instead of from the example business.
