Creating New Sales Type

Hi, I would like my sales entries and subsequent reports broken down into something other than the generic 'fees' or 'goods'. Can I create new sale types? i.e. 'Web Design' 'Copywriting' 'Photography' 'Courier Charge' etc..?

   We don't have plans to add more account categories, but did you already know you could add as many income accounts as you like? Just add an account and set its category to "Income from sales".
