Loading My add ons

Hi my name is Paul, I am using the mac and i have entered the 120 max entries and i need to continue my accountant said i need all my paper work done in the next two weeks and i have days doing it as i haven't done my tax for a few years.
Could you please help me to add my add ons as i am getting desperate i have to much to have to start again.

    It sounds like you need to purchase the "transactions" part from the add-on screens, in the app. http://easybooksapp.com/mac/add-ons

    Thank you i have hit the buy button about thirty times and then it says loading and remains for about 2 hours but nothing happens!!

    I have done this about 20 times it says loading... i look again after some time but nothing has loaded!? is there any other solution as i have tried to purchase all the parts many times.

    It's possible that the screen is hidden behind something. You could try the mission control option on the desktop to bring up all the open windows. It's the f3 key.

    If this does not work, you could remove the app from the application folder, download the version from the web-site and try again there.
    http://easybooksapp.com/mac using the download button.

    It has a different way of managing add-ons than the Mac App Store version which is more reliable.

    Hi Karen,
    I have been away for a little while,I have tried what you suggested unfortunately it is still not working!
    The problem i have is that i need this for my tax returns as i have not done them over the last two years.
    If you have any connection to easybooks are you able to send either a disk or know of an other way.
    I am really starting to get a bit desperate!

    Hi Paul,

    I don't know why you're not able to purchase add-ons using the Mac App Store version, perhaps there is something wrong with the interface to the store on your machine.

    You do have the option to use the version from the web site if you want to. See Karen's suggestion earlier about where to get it from. Once you have the version, it will pick up the businesses you have already created, but just to be safe, you should make a backup file first. Then remove the app from the Applications folder on your machine, install the version from the web site instead and use that. This one will be able to accept payment via credit card and will save a license file on your machine. It will also send an email with a link to your license if you want to use it on another machine.

    I removed the app from the folder and backed it up.
    I have downloaded the new app. it promps to buy and i enter the details but it doesnt recognise any of my details.
    I can not get to the part where it asks to enter my payment details.
    I enter my name, email, and company. im unsure of update coupon.
    Then i go to next.
    It says name not valid.
    phone not valid
    email not valid and so on..
    Please could you help with that??

    Hi Paul,

    Have you made any in-app purchases using the Mac app at all yet, or has it been broken for you since the beginning?

    I'm going to put together a short video of what you have to do to purchase the add-ons, but to answer your comments, don't worry about the coupon field, that's for coupon codes and I didn't send you one. You should fill in the rest of the form completely, including address and post code. Then click the next button and enter the credit card details. The purchase should then update your app for you and you'll have full access to enter as many transactions as you need.

    i have only tried this in-app purchase.
    I am only given three fields to answer first and last name
    company and email address..I am not getting any options to enter any more details could you email me that link?
