Adding sync accounts

I have followed all of your instructions on getting started and when I log in to sync it says access denied. I want to give the two weeks trial a fair test but need help in getting started

    Hi Deb,
    Would you like me to reset your password? This will re-issue the email you got after registering. You can use that attachment to set up your iPhone and iPad.
