Can't log in from my new I phone

Not sure why, I keep putting in a pass code.

   I might be able to help, but I need some more information to go on. Is it an Easy Books passcode screen that you're seeing? If so, you have set a passcode in the past and you need to reenter it to open the app.

   Ok I go to sign in user name and password.
   User name I enter C Morris, and my pass word.
   The return message is unrecognized username or password.

   Can you use the file attachment to login instead? It will work unless you have changed your password. I found a problem with usernames containing spaces or symbols. I will release a fix next week but in the meantime I will have to reset your password to resend the login file if you have changed it. If not, the login file you have will work.

   I hope that helps, I'm sorry for the error and I will sort it out as quickly as I can.

   I have reset the password for you. You should have received an email from the system that contains your attached file to use when logging your devices in to the system. See http://easybooksapp.com/sync/getting-started for details.

   I can confirm the problem you are having is indeed what I suspected, and is caused by the username containing a space. This is not currently handled properly by the app and I will release an update to fix the problem. When I do, you will be able to change your password. Otherwise, if you would like to change your password soon, I can remove the space in your username that will also fix the issue. I will be able to do that tomorrow (Friday 10th June) so let me know if you would like me to.
