im recently looking to upgrade to a full system. I do a lot of long distance work and would like my accountant to access my account online and make modifications in existing accounts. Can she does this from her laptop?
I only use the Ipad for updates and on the fly reporting. My accountant would handle all transactions.

Hi Greg,
Your accountant can share your business accounts using the Online Sync service. She would need to use an iPad because currently there is no PC version developed. I am working on a PC version to run on OS X "Lion" at the moment, which will be ready towards the end of the year.
To share your accounts, you would visit the "My Account" page of your syncing service (https://sync.easybooksapp.com). Look for the Sharing tab and you can then share your business(es) with another user or enter their email address. Note that your accountant will also need to pay for the syncing service, but they will then have live access to your accounts and as soon as either of you add or change any information, it will be updated in the other devices.
