Can you give me some examples of which accounts you want to zero? Are these
expense or income accounts that are not cleared, or do you mean other
accounts?

Okay, this isn't the normal method of running the accounts, but you can try this...
Create a business as a copy of your current business. To do this, tap the business name to bring up the list of businesses you currently have. Make sure the one you want to copy is the active one. Then tap the + button to add a new business. In the screen showing the templates (called Add Business), choose the option Copy of business.... You should then see a couple of options, which allow you to include inactive accounts and to set the opening balances. It sounds like you don't want to include the opening balances so make sure this is set to No. Go back to the previous screen using the back button at the top. You should see the Save button is now turned on and you can create your new business.
The new business will have the same list of accounts, but all zero balances and no transactions.
