Hi, attaching the logo seems very limited, is it possible to adjust the size and position of the logo?

Sorry, all the adjustments should be done before the image is added to the iPad.

Hi Mick,
Would you like to send me the logo to have a look at?

Yeah sure, not the finished article yet but if you can advise on the correct way to input it.

The logo does line up for me without any work.
Is this not what you want? The letterhead space is 2cm high, but you can set the width up to 17cm if you want to use the whole width of the paper. See http://easybooksapp.com/customer-invoicing for more information about the format of the letterhead.

If you have a copy of the image online somewhere (like Flickr or on your own company web site), you can use the Safari browser on the iPad to bring up a page containing the image. If you then tap and hold on the image, you should see an option appear to Save Image. Do this and the image will be added to your iPad's camera roll album. Once you have it on the device, you can load it into Easy Books.

Yes, it will be a maximum of 2cm high and the width is scaled to keep the same aspect ratio.

Hi
I'm having trouble with sending an invoice to one of my customers, it freezes and then throws me out of easy books.
Can you help?
Cheers

I don't know of a problem sending invoices. I'll leave the discussion open for now because perhaps someone else would like to add a comment: has this ever happened to anyone else out there?

Hi Mathew
Found the issue, it was to much info in the description box. Whats the maximum amount of characters allowed?
Cheers

Can you give me an example of what you used that caused the problem? It sounds like it shouldn't happen, but should expand the number of lines to fit the size you want. I'll work on the problem if you send over an example that I can use to reproduce the problem.
Mathew
