Hi Carlos,
To change the opening balances, tap on the main accounts button to show the list of accounts. Then pick an account you want to set an opening balance for, tap the blue circle as shown in the screenshot below.
The next screenshot shows the upcoming version of the app that presents the settings for that account as a popup, but the version currently available shifts the whole screen over to reveal the settings. Either way, tap on the Opening balance setting and change the value to match your business.
