Hi I am just about to send my accounts to the accountant so they can do my end of year and the email can only be opened with an ipad or iphone. Is there any way they can view it or am i able to print it as a document?

Hi Shelley,
I would suggest running the reports your accountant needs, such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss. They could then be emailed to your accountant.
There is also a better way, but it does rely on your accountant having an iPad and your both being registered to use the Online Sync service. If you are, you can share your business accounts directly with your accountant: see previous discussions

The benefit is the accountant can perform the end of year, making any adjustments directly in your accounts.
