Consolidate

I keep trying to consolidate my fiscal year 2012 from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. I put the start and end date in and there is no option to consolidate, only undo last one. So I tried that and kept un-doing them. But it still won't allow me to consolidate my 2012 year. How can I get that to work?

    I think I got it figured out. I had to change the dates in the Settings.
