transaction limit
I have Easybooks on my Mac Mini & Ipad. I have purchased
extra transactions on the ipad & presumed it would register on
the mac...it keeps asking me to purchase extra transactions!!!
I think I can validate the mac with my purchase reference
number?
Can someone at Easybooks resend me the email with my order reference to enter into the mac version. Pete Motley

I'm really pleased you like using Easy Books on your iPad. The Mac app is priced separately, see http://easybooksapp.com/pricing. If you purchased add-ons for the Mac app, you can restore them to your other Macs. Just click the restore button.

Hi
I am using easy books on iPad for three years now and purchased unlimited transactions.
Not too long ago I got Mac and downloaded easy books to print reports and even though I couldn't do any new transactions on it I was able to change some old ones.
Then I restored that file on iPad
Right now it shows that I lost unlimited transactions on iPad and can't even buy it again for some reason. It does not respond to my clicks.
I tried deleting app and installing again with no help!
Please help ASAP!!!!

You can use the restore button to get your purchase of transactions recognised again,

Restore button as well as buy button is not working

I disabled restrictions and buy button is now available but restore still does not respond

Hi Ayna,
If you've disabled in-app purchasing that will definitely prevent the restore process from working!
If this is now on and your purchases are not being restored it is almost certainly that you're using a different Apple ID from the one you used to purchase before.
If you're using our Online Sync service I can look into the in-app purchase receipts received from your iPad and see if there is something wrong there. Just let me know your username and I'll see what I can do.
