Transactions not saving on iPhone 5
Hi, not been using easybooks over Christmas holidays but back to
work today. I run 4 company accounts on iPhone 5 and ipad with
online sync but now one of the companies will not save new
transactions on the iPhone seems ok on the ipad. I have tried re
syncing but it makes no difference.
Any ideas?

What happens on the iPhone when you attempt to save a transaction?
Check you have the latest version of the app on both devices: we released an update only a few days ago to fix a problem that could cause the problem you're seeing: for this discussion, see http://help.easybooksapp.com/discussions/questions/2872-transaction.... I know you're using the iOS version of the app, but the cause of this problem turned out to be some Apple code that fails on the iOS version of the app. We have implemented a workaround for the problem, which is in the latest version (5.5.4).
