Dear sir. There is a construction company that work with my company sometimes they sell materials to my company and sometimes my company sell materials to them.
Sometimes they lend money to my company need, sometimes my company borrow them money they need.
What kind of account should I open for work with that company?

   You can have more than two businesses, as well as more than one account. The company template may be good for you, but if you create one from scratch it will be tailored for you. It is a good idea to get accountant advice if you need it, even if just at the startup, and this will save you time and money, in the long run.
