importing transactions
I use GTEFCU as my financial institution and haven't been able to figure out how to make the appropriate transfers into EasyBooks. I am usually fairly good at figuring this stuff out but this one has me baffled. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

I'm sorry but you can't import data into Easy Books, you need to set up the business manually.
Have you see the web-site?

I hope that helps,
Karen

After following the direction and chatting with your online support person.... I am underwhelmed. Nothing is downloading, accounts are not being set up and I wasted my money because your program can't figure it out. Even with the manual set up, IT DON'T WORK!
GRRRRR!
I keep getting an error 303 and you blame the bank and the bank blames the internet. So, just another piece of financialghostware.

In really sorry, but Easy Books is not designed to work with GTEFCU.

Then I wasted my money. Computer programs are supposed to make life easier not more difficult. Just another computer scam. If the program doesn't work, you need to warn people so they don't waste their money. Of course that would decrease your profit margin and you can't have that. At least have the decency to be honest and provide a list of organizations this piece of junk will work with, otherwise you just seem unethical.

I'm sorry it doesn't do what you want. If you purchased the iOS version of the app, or the Mac App Store version please contact Apple Support using the link at the top of their web site. I think if you describe your purchase as "purchased by mistake" they do give refunds. Note that this is against their published terms, which are that all sales are final and non-refundable. This is the main reason we developed the app to be free to use: people only normally purchase add-ons after they've found it fits the way they work.
All the best with your ongoing search for the perfect app,
Mathew
