I am using Easy Books for Mac OS X version 2.6.5.

I need to print an Audit Report and also to save various reports in .CSV format.

I cannot find a Save As . ., an Export . . or a Print . . menu item to achieve any one of these. I have also searched the downloaded user manual and all I can find is an assertion that it is possible to do all of these things. It does not tell me how.

Please tell me how to:
a) print a report direct to a printer and
b) save a report as a .CSV file

First run the Audit Report. If you're using Mountain Lion on your Mac, you'll see the new "share" button top right of the report. If you're on Lion, there should be two separate buttons for saving and printing.

    Thanks for this.

Once I'd found the "share" button" all was easy.
