HOW DO I PRINT THE MONTHLY BREAKDOWN REPORT TO INCLUDE ALL 12 MONTHS. WHEN I PRINT I ONLY GET THE PAGE LIMITED BY PORTRAIT VIEW AND HAVE NO WAY TO CHANGE TO LANDSCAPE OR TO BE ABLE TO PROPORTION THE PRINT COMMANDS TO PRINT IN A SMALLER SIZE?

    You can export all of the reports to CSV or html files for manipulation.

    Here is a link which might help,

    Use the action button, top right on the Mac and select 'save', and then the file type.

    Thank you for this information. One additional question: is there a way to print individual accounts that are on the main screen so that I have a list of transactions from the individual account?

    Yes, you can go to the Reports section, select 'transaction list', and the account, and dates for the report. This can then be saved or printed.
