recurring payment
Teh "make recurring" option for a purchase doesn't work, at least for me. I am using iOS 6. Is there a bug fix?

When you tap the "Make recurring", do you see the frequency field appear? It initially says "None", but you can change it to "weekly" or "monthly" and so on.

When a recurring transaction is set, is this entered automatically on the trigger date or does it give you a reminder with an option to manually modify or enter it.
Thanks.

It all happens automatically. You can view the list of transactions that are currently set to repeat by pulling down on the accounts list screen to show the three lines:

yes this appears and can be set but it makes no difference, the transactions do not recur

They should appear on or after the date that they are due. Has the date passed already?

Hi kjpg,
The other reason the recurring transactions are not being created could be that your business has syncing turned on, but for some reason the service is not available. This could be down to network connectivity or an expired syncing account. This prevents the app from creating transactions in case another device linked to your business has already created them: when syncing is turned on, the service manages the creation of repeating transactions in partnership with the devices.
I've just checked and you do have a syncing account which expired in December. If you want to continue using the service, you can purchase from your account page at https://sync.easybooksapp.com. If you don't want to use the service anymore, just turn syncing off in each device and they'll operate independently again, and any repeating transactions will be created the next time you start the app.
