Add-ons download
Im trying to download and pay for the TRANSATIONS UNLIMITED, but when I do it, I receive a message "Contact iTunes support to complete your transaction". I have try to contact iTunes support but no answers from them. Could you help me urgently to fix this subject?, as I have use all the 120 transactions I get started. Thanks

I have just make a music download from iTunes using my ID Apple without any problem, and tried again to make the add-on download and I receive the same message " contact iTunes support...".
I don't know what to do more, because there is no any problem with my ID Apple account.

As it says in the thread, your next port of call, after checking your apple id is the same as the one you downloaded the app with, and your card is not expired, is to contact http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and see what the issue is.
