Hi
Have paid for easy books two years ago. Bought a new iphone 5 from
iphone 4
Sync'd the new phone and all my account info has dissapeared. Cant
log on with my email address. Cant contact easy books!!!
How do I retrieve all my account information and the add ons that I have paid for
Help!!!!!!!!

I have found a part solution.
1) Bought new iphone and syncd to my hotmail stuff and Apple. The system installed a brand new copy of Easy Books, minus my saved business account information. I was really worried as my life is on there!2) My ipad syncd OK, I later discovered, and kept the information in my business accounts so I saved a backup immediately. Phew!!!!!!!!3) Main problem now is that the programme wont let me add any new customers and keeps saying cant perform action or whatever the exact wording.
Why new Easy books created minus my Business accounts wanting me to start from scratch?Why different on ipad to new iphone 5

Hi Terry,
It sounds like you might have purchased add-ons before and didn't restore them to your new device. You can do that from the add-ons screen, tap the restore button.
