Consolidated tax period
I'm about a month late entering all my transactions for December of last year, trying to close out the year and enter my last bank statement. The system will not let me add any new transactions, gives me an error that the tax period has already been consolidated...
Please advise, how do I get around this?

I'm not aware of an error message that Easy Books can show that says the tax period has already been consolidated. But if you have consolidated the period, it's pretty easy to undo. I'm assuming you're running the iOS version since you didn't say, but the Mac app has the same general method. Just run the Profit & Loss report and tap the filing/folder button at the bottom, you should see a panel showing the option to undo the last consolidation (if there is one).
Time periods can also be locked if you're using VAT and have filed the VAT report. If you need to undo the VAT it's the same process, just run the VAT report instead.
