Do you mean a credit note for your customer? Suppliers would be issuing you with credit notes, that is why is says Copy.
I hope that helps,
Karen

Thanks for your reply Karen. I have prepared a Credit Note on behalf of my supplier instead of waiting for one from them which may never come. How else could I handle this? Could I issue a Debit Note to my supplier using Easy Books and how?

By the way, I was quite pleasantly surprised to find that I could issue a Credit Note (Received from Supplier) using Easy Books. Only wished that I could removed the "Copy" from it. Thanks again.

I'm sorry there is no way of removing the 'Copy' from the credit notes. However, you could issue a statement for the customer, this would list all payments and credits and give the outstanding balance.
I hope that helps, thank you for your kind comments,
Karen
