Hi, I have downloaded the easy books software on my Mac OS X but
it does not contain the invoicing software for me to trial. How do
I download this?
Also, although I understand that you can customise the invoices
somewhat with inserting logo etc, does it enable you to make
changes that reflect a hotel invoice and not just a product
purchase invoice (i.e.. can you delete shipping details and insert
confirmation details, bond charges, different payment methods
including Bpay logos?

Try creating a customer and it should appear for you to try.

Thank you for that info, have now got Invoicing software and have created an invoice but need to add additional Payment method using credit card via BPay. It is a legal requirement that I place the Bpay logo on the invoice - i tried copying and pasting and had no success. Any suggestions as to how this can be done?
Consequently, I would like to change the format so that I have 2 amount columns, one for payments excluding credit card surcharge, and one with. How do I do this?
The current invoice that I am using is a PDF file - is it possible to import it as a template for me to use in easy books so that it is directly linked to easy books accounts as the current invoices are?
For a clearer explanation, I have attached my current booking sheet which is a PDF file and a copy of the Invoice I created so that you can see what it is I am trying to achieve. I like this software and am genuinely interested in purchasing it if it able to achieve my needs.

Hi Georgia,
For the logos, you might be able to use the "signature" image field for this. You can drag and drop the image into the box, or click the + button shown bottom right of the field.
I'm afraid (2) is not possible. The invoice displays the amount in each split, plus any VAT in the next column.
At the moment the app only has the one template. I'm planning to work on invoicing as time goes on, gradually improving it. I noticed the footer is being cropped at the bottom; it was designed for two lines of text and is a fixed height.
Sorry if the invoice isn't suitable for what you need. It was always going to be the case that it wouldn't be exactly what people wanted, but I think it covers a high proportion of cases.
