I currently have a couple of businesses set up on Easy Books and have activated syncing across my iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone. This enables myself, my partner and secretary to all update our records and keep them in sync wonderfully. My problem is now that I would like to set up another private business within Easy Books and share this with another party. If I set up this business and activate syncing so that I can share it with another, the users of my other devices will be able to see this business on their machines. Is there a way around this please?

Yes there is, although the other parties will need their own syncing account.
If it were me, I would create an account for the two other parties (so there would be three syncing accounts).
I assume you would let your partner use the same account as yourself still, and just log your secretary out of the account. If you didn't tell him/her the password, you won't need to change your password, but of course you can on your account page.
One of the new accounts would be for your secretary, on a second email address. The other new account would be for the other private business party.
From your account page at https://sync.easybooksapp.com, you can use the "sharing" tab to share the businesses you want to with whoever you want. In fact, you can use that tab to just enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your businesses with. They should get an email with instructions about registering for an account.
I hope that helps
