Easy Books... A few questions
I downloaded the free Easy Books and I have a few questions....
I am based in the US, and this app seems to be UK based? Will I be able to change currency on it from £ to $?
I realize I will need to buy different modules, can you tell me what modules I will need for a Restaurant Business?
Can I track Payroll expenses?
We don't have VAT here, it's called Sales Tax can I edited VAT to Sales Tax?
Do you have a Restaurant Specific Module?
For now that's it...

Hi Amina,
Easy Books is a single currency app at the moment, but it doesn't matter which one you use (and you don't need to tell it). So you can use the app in US Dollars fine.
Typically for a restaurant business you will only need the Transactions add-on.
The app can track payroll expenses, but it doesn't calculate them for you. The rules are different in each country and it's hard to put these into a single worldwide app. But if you know the amounts of taxes you're collecting and the salary to employees, it should be able to keep track of these no problem.
And yes, you can change the name VAT to Sales Tax if you like, it's under business settings.
