I have easy books on my Mac, iPad, and an iPhone. on the Mac i get a message in the snap shot under online syncing that my devices are no longer in sync and that i should turn off syncing then turn it back on, however when you go to turn it off it says if i do this i will have to delete the business and re-download to restart the syncing. I do have a syncing account with you and my versions of easy books are up to date, at least on the iPad and Mac. I want things to sync but am afraid of loosing data and i could use some advice about the best way to go about doing this. The data that didn't sync is a group of sales entries made on the iPad.

I understand, you should choose the device with the copy that you want to keep and upload that version.

If you are at all worried, do manual backups on all the machines and you will then have it all to go back to.

    I hope that helps,

    Karen
