I've paid but am still limited on transactions
I have paid for the unlimited version as the details below show
but am still limited, do you have any suggestions. I don't want to
remove the app from my iPad & reinstall as I would have to
re-enter all my data again.

Once the in-app purchase has been paid for it should stay with the app until the app is deleted. It shouldn't have just disappeared.
But if you removed the app and re-installed it you will need to re-install your purchases too. To do this, just tap on Add-ons and you'll find a restore button at the top-right of the screen. This will contact Apple and restore any purchases you've made (including this one).
